Princes are different from us, and are not to be easily understood.

الأمَراء يخَتِلفون عنَا ، ولنَ يَكِون فِهمهَم سهَلاً

Ironically, this was at the hands of bishops and princes favorably disposed toward Rome.

وما يثير السخرية هو ان كل هذه المعاناة كانت على ايدي الاساقفة والامراء ذوي الحظوة عند روما.
