In so far as Article XVII, paragraph 4, is concerned, the representatives of the European Economic Community want to underline the following points:

Yleissopimuksen 17 artiklan 4 kohdan osalta Euroopan talousyhteisön edustajat haluavat korostaa seuraavia seikkoja:

xvii) local infrastructure for incorporating new technologies must be enhanced so that businesses have easy access;

xvii) on vahvistettava uuden teknologian käyttöönottoa helpottavia paikallisia perusrakenteita siten, että yritysten pääsy järjestelmiin helpottuu;
