It is guidance from Allah and He guides with it whom He wills .

یہ اللہ کی ہدایت ہے وہ جسے چاہتا ہے اس کے ذریعے رہنمائی فرماتا ہے ۔

Then by those which bring direction and guidance .

پھر ان کی قسم جو نصیحت لانے والی ہیں ۔
